Optimize Your Health with the InBody 570
We have an InBody 570 machine on-site which is an award winning medical-grade body composition analyzer. We’re able to break down your body into four parts and make a custom plan for you. The InBody 570 body composition analyzer goes beyond traditional body composition analysis by measuring fat, muscle, and total body water. Total body water data can be divided into intracellular water and extracellular water, values important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness and fitness contexts.

The InBody 570’s ECW/TBW analysis can identify changes in fluid distribution, which may indicate swelling or inflammation due to injury. This allows gym members and trainers to monitor recovery over time and adjust training intensity as needed.
For accurate results, avoid eating or drinking heavily, exercising, or consuming caffeine for at least 2-3 hours before your InBody scan. These factors can affect hydration levels and, in turn, your body composition measurements.
