Revival Fitness began in 2019 as a small high-end personal training studio offering only state-of-the-art equipment primarily from Watson Gym Equipment which is known for “the best equipment in the world”. Revival Fitness’s luxury setting has now expanded into a 6,000-square-foot gym and has built its reputation for only offering the best in the business when it comes to equipment and experience in the industry.
It doesn’t stop there, Revival maintains its extremely clean, non-threatening, and uncrowded atmosphere by only offering limited memberships and a personal training area for anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable training in the open gym. Now Revival Fitness can cater to anyone’s needs whether it be personal training or gym memberships.
The gym is amazing, and so is the community that he has built with his trainees. The location is very tidy, easy to get to, and has plenty of parking. Dave is an excellent trainer! I have been working with him for a couple of years and he has helped me reach my fitness milestones. He is very easy to work and will keep you motivated.
I’ve been training with Dave for almost 4 years, and can honestly say that he is one of the best. He is constantly researching new exercises, workouts and diets to tailor which to me shows a dedication to his clients and a true love for what he does. He knows your limitations, and also what you are capable of doing (even if you dont believe it!) and pushes you to achieve your goals. I’m down almost 50 pounds which I never thought was possible. Definitely come to Revival Fitness, you wont regret it!
I have been training at Revival Fitness for about 3 months with David and I couldn’t be happier. His unique approach to one-on-one training and his depth of knowledge in both training and nutrition sets him apart. What has kept me showing up 2x-3x a week are the results I have seen in my own fitness and energy levels, and more importantly I have fun at the same time. We love Revival Fitness. David is great. When we started with David I couldn’t put any weight on my right foot. So David designed my sessions with that in mind. He helps you get the most efficient workout. Revival also offers the In-Body check-in. It really helps to see exactly where you are.
Dave is the best! He pushes you to reach the fitness goals that you set with him. He is always that extra motivation when you need it and really wants to see you succeed. Dave is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition which helps him create a plan that is good for your body and your goals. Not only will he create a sample meal plan for you, but he will also give you “homework” and record your workouts in each session so that you have something to work on outside of his studio. I will forever recommend him to anyone who asks.
After working with Dave, people don’t just ask me what I’ve been doing to get results – they also tell me I seem more like myself again. Even when I can’t feel my arms, I leave every training session recharged and ready to crush the day. Highly recommend if you’re committed to a healthy lifestyle.
David gives very helpful tips and always fixes posture if an exercise is done wrong. He also gives a very effective meal plan for those who need it and always answers questions. I was struggling a lot with weight loss and although it’s been a few months, I’ve already felt so much better and stronger thanks to him! I definitely recommend Revival Fitness for those who need a push and some guidance.
Dave is amazing! Before I went to Revival Fitness, I had no gym experience outside of cardio machines. He knows exactly how to help beginners achieve their fitness goals. He is very professional, but still has a very warm, welcoming, funny personality. I highly suggest Dave from Revival Fitness for beginners and all.
