With one on one Personal Training the focus is on you and you alone. Our Facility is non-threatening and uncrowded. Training includes a monthly consultation where we review your health and fitness goals. We will then review your diet, nutrition and lifestyle habits. Monthly measurements will be taken to track your progress with an option to purchase the InBody 570 body fat analysis.
