With one-on-one personal training, the focus remains entirely on you. Our facility is intentionally designed to be uncrowded and distraction-free. Training includes monthly check-ins with your trainer and quarterly consultations to review your health and fitness goals. During these sessions, we assess nutrition and lifestyle habits and utilize an InBody 570 body analysis to track body composition, measure progress, and support long-term results.
