Dave is the best! He pushes you to reach the fitness goals that you set with him. He is always that extra motivation when you need it and really wants to see you succeed. Dave is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition which helps him create a plan that is good for your body and your goals. Not only will he create a sample meal plan for you, but he will also give you “homework” and record your workouts in each session so that you have something to work on outside of his studio. I will forever recommend him to anyone who asks.
